  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number.
  • You can check the status of your delivery at any time via the link in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Remember to check the condition of the package when you receive it. You can always refuse it or accept it with reserve.

When you buy on you can always change your mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can make a return within 10 days of receipt of the product.
The cost of shipping the return will be at your expense. After checking the integrity of the product made will refund the full amount of your order. What to do to make a return and receive a refund (or replacement of the product):

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization number by calling Customer Care at +39 0471954041; please have your invoice or packing list handy when placing the call.
  2. Contact our Customer Service (0471954041) who will provide you with the Return Authorization number that must be reported directly outside the package or on the courier’s shipping label. Make sure you have the original packing slip on hand to give the correct instructions to our operator.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging, including any documents, accessories and manuals received with the product itself, otherwise we may decide not to proceed with a refund. Make sure that the package is tightly closed and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipment. It is important that the package reports the Return Authorization (RA) number to prevent it from being returned to the sender upon receipt.
  4. Do not forget to include the original packing slip.
  5. The amount will be refunded according to the original payment method, generally within 15 days of receipt of the product.

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Normally the refund is made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product.
If you have requested the replacement of a faulty or incorrect product, a new product will be sent to you immediately after its receipt.
Note: accepts returns of products purchased exclusively on this site. Any other product purchased at authorized points of sale must be returned to the point of sale.
